The Report:  The report is an easy to follow, computer generated report that includes digital photos of any issues that we may find in the home. The report can be completed on or off site. In today's world time is short. Most clients prefer to have the report done off site and emailed in a PDF file. All reports will be done the same day, usually in just a few hours after the inspection is completed. On site reports will add to the length of the inspection time. A printed copy of the report can be sent by mail unless you decide the electronic copy is ok. The report will include a system by system evaluation of the home, and will be about 25-30 pages long. The report also has maintenance advice for monthly tips on what needs to be checked or maintained during the year. With a full home inspection, I provide a 96 page Sunset Basic Home Repair booklet at no extra charge when available. (Townhomes and condos are excluded from this).
